As the world has changed

Please note, the world is no longer as it was. I’ve been noticing this for many years, but passed it off as just getting older, or not thinking I remember things correctly, but I know this to be untrue.

To some this is known as the Mandella effect. I just know that things are not as they once were.

In the world I grew up in, Ronald McDonald was never Willard Scott. He was def. and never spoke in any commercials up until the corporation let the deaf guy go. I know because I asked my mother in the 1970’s why he never spoke and she explained that he was a deaf person. And I remember thinking how cool it was for the McDonald's chain to hire a deaf guy to be their spokesperson. Yes, Curious George did have a tail. I had a book that the cover was him hanging in a tree on the left side looking toward the man in the yellow hat on the right side of the cover. I first started noticing things being different in songs that I knew from the 70’s and 80’s. I’m highly analytical and will often listen to one song over and over for more than a week at a time until I know every nuance. When songs started to change, I passed those differences off to it being a different take or recording session. Then I started noticing that whole scenes from movies would be missing, even from the extra-long directors’ cuts of movies. For instance, in Close Encounters of the third kind, there was a scene when Richard Dreyfus’ character is talking to his wife (Terri Garr) and in the background one of their children is inside the baby’s playpen breaking off the arms and legs of a large doll, the scene ends has he starts hammering the doll’s head against the side of the play pen. I just loved that scene, but it apparently no longer exists. In my world Doris Day passed away in her 30’s. I remember asking about her after seeing her in Pillow Talk and my mother explained she had died of a burst appendix; she was ill and did not realize how bad it was until she had gone septic and passed away suddenly. Even geography around the world is different. As I grew up New Zealand was NE of the East coast of Australia. And New Guinea, was a much larger land mass and located due West of Australia. Like this globe depicts.

In fact with a few exceptions most of the items on this page were as I remember them.

But Sally Field actually said “You love me, You really love me!” I watched it live…..

I really have no idea how reality is being altered; I just know it is not as it was. Somehow time itself is being re-written or written over and while things are mostly the same, they are different. Music, History, when and why things happened or did not happen, almost the world in its entirety has been altered, but not so huge an amount as to cause a giant red flag, but enough to know it has changed and since it really is the time line itself, there can be no proof to the contrary.

And so, I resign myself to listen and wonder as to the why and how the world as we know it is changing.

Perhaps this happening is like revelation 21:1 “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.”
