 The Village Arts Association is a grassroots organization dedicated to bringing the arts to The Village, Oklahoma. TVAA was founded by a group of Village residents endeavoring to enrich their community by expanding local access to art in all its forms.

Jon has been a resident of The Village for 10 years. He is a professional software architect in the non-profit sector. Jon actively participates in The Village community events. Jon has experience with graphic art and video game design. He regularly attends city council meetings, and wants to bring more community art events to our public parks and recreational areas.

Tara and her husband Mark moved to The Village 3 years ago and love this little community! She enjoys seeing art of all kinds and frequents galleries and exhibits with her husband.  Over many years, they have collected many local art pieces.  Tara is an artist and has worked in many different mediums.  “I feel that this little community of ours has a great heart and I would like to help bring more art, music, and cultural events to The Village.”  - Tara Ayers

Audrey Sousa

Audrey is a lifelong Village resident and a fiber artist. She is a full-time homeschooling parent, with a background in public education and librarianship, and she is passionate about bringing cultural events to The Village community.
